hondas are serious business in hpde though.. altho one of the instructors at Gingerman spanked most of em hard in a spec neon LOL

 

yea, those hondas are beastly. The thing about it is, its a very nice motor and they make good power. And those Integras are double wishbone all around, which leads to great handling. While FWD is a short coming, it can be overcome with some suspension magic and slight adjustment to driving habits.

 

not to mention almost if not all dc integra and eg civic suspension and motor parts are interchangeable. pretty sweet.

anyways real enthusiasts that do their cars right are badass ---- the rice boys.

I dislike hondas as well, and it seems to be for about the same reasons. All of the hondas around here are slow as hell and usually riced out. I cant stand it! That being said, a well setup honda can be an amazing thing. That, and I love me some s2k!

 

I have to give it to them that their little econobox transmissions can handle ridiculous power and hold together. If all of their trannies were only good for 190wtq we would have never seen them gain popularity. I'm frankly amazed at how badly some of their cars are abused and keep going. Props where props are due...

 

Someone told me to look at the k-series and now I hate a little less

I like my honda. The dash was designed in '96. Still looks better than most cars today.
