Right now I'm watching "Beyond Scared Straight" on A&E. It's a decent show about scaring "the fear" into young punks who think they're badasses.
I was really into "Pawn Stars" on history channel when it first came out, but now it's a joke. There are so many shows on right now that fit the same "pawn stars" standard, and it seems like the networks copy off of eachother only for the purpose of topping ratings.
If you don't understand the standard, please stay out of the voting booth, because clearly you're not capable of making good decisions.
The standard is where the show goes on, and every other minute they interview somebody and that person explains what's going on. Take "Operation Repo" on the network "Tru TV", I think it's all rigged. Did anyone ever watch that show? There is some fat ugly painted on eyebrowed nasty fat ass woman on that show, and some big muscle punk who thinks he's a badass. A friend of mine is a genuine repo man. His wife is hot as F*&^, he has awesome cars, a huge house, is rich as ----, etc. That's real life, and he has storys where guns were stuck in his face, all that ----.
Another treat is "Storage Wars" on A&E. Seriously? That show is ok, but it's still rigged.

I just got done with the last season of Dexter, and now I'm watching through the seasons of Psych. The banter between these two clowns is great. :D

I personally can't watch those "reality" shows anymore. They're too rigged and predictable. Although Billy the Exterminator is kinda fun. I keep waiting for the episode where he loses a limb.

just finished season 2 of Sons of Anarchy on netflix, season 3 needs to get on there so i can catch up before the premier of season 4 tuesday.

I've never heard of Sons of Anarchy, gonna have to check it out.

Waiting patiently for new season of NCIS.....

good show. a bit over the top sometimes. I suggest looking into breaking bad and The Walking Dead also.

I was just watching some show about 9/11. Obviously trying to raise my fear levels about upcoming 11th.

Sad show to watch, one thing I kept saying to my wife was "what a waste"... waste of good Americans & other non terrorist pieces of ----.

I just caught a few minutes of the 2011 MTV vma awards. What a waste of money/ airtime/ electricity/ etc.

I would say thats true of almost 70% of TV.

Reality TV? those stupid ninja warrior/most extreme elimination knock offs? most of our overhyped, over/under exaggerated, and many times biased news? hahaha, lets just not get rid of Cops though!

Dexter is good. Psych is good. I also DVR "The Soup" and "Community" for the clever/fun writing.

My wife watches The Closer and it isn't bad.

I really miss the character development of shows like Firefly.

Did anybody else ever see the cop drama Life on Mars? That written from the beginning to be only one season long but was pretty good.

Border Wars is the only other one I can think of right now that I DVR. It is somewhat like COPS but has some background narration to make it more of a documentary. It is just interesting.

Sometimes when I want something totally silly I will watch the Squidbillies (from AdultSwim) in the on-demand section.

When does South Park's next season start anyway?

I get wrapped up in The Closer myself. It started with the wife watching it, but I got hooked. I'm a huge fan of Criminal Minds, but I'm not sure about the spinoff "suspect behavior."

I quit watching southpark after the second season for some reason, but am getting geared up to start watching the seasons through from the beginning. Robot Chicken cracks me up just the same.

Doctor Who and Gordon Ramsay and Top Gear all day everyday.

Currently watching Game of Thrones and Blakes 7.

Game of Thrones got me hooked quite quickly. Not quite as awesome as Deadwood but its close.

Blakes 7 is a BBC sci-fi series from 1987-1981. Yep its old, dodgy and low budget but it still kicks severe arse. ;)

Thank god foot ball season started!

This week they have been replaying the many "roasts" on comedy central. Bob Saget was roasted in last nights re-run, which sucked. Tonight was Flavor Flav. What a funny roast that was, until the end. I realized nothing more than flavor flav is a scum bag loser, and it pissed me off a bit, because why do we as a society accept idiots like this? The guy actually has no reason to be alive. "Yeeahhhh boyyyyy?" Wtf is that? That's what he's famous for? What a waste of time.
The roast of Charlie Sheen is coming soon. I'm actually anxious to see that.
Charlie Sheen is welcome in my home anyday, but Flavor Flav can go play in traffic.
The funny thing is, people have called me a racist, but that jerkoff is more racist than Adolf Hitler. F racism, I don't discriminate due to race. I hate all breeds that are a burden to society.
Now I'm watching "dave chapelle, killing them softly". This guy is a great comedian of our time.

Sitting here in my hotel room in Melbourne watching CNN trying and make the worlds treasurers look intelligent. So far it appears that its all the Greeks fault with Italy the next to go.

Have got four hours to try and get some sleep until I get to fly through the night to Darwin. On the bright side I am heading to the beer drinking Capitol of Australia, it will be hot so all the backpackers will be wearing skimpy stuff:eek:
