I will hop in here. How did shiner find its way all the way to east Tn? I didn't know about it until I moved to TX.

I've been able to find Shiner in Ga, Ky, In, Ok, Ar... Well, a lot of different places. My friend in Huntsville turned me on to it and besides the great taste, it's the happiest beer buzz I can find. The buzz I get from it is just a real happy type euphoric buzz. Most who drink it agree: it gives an abnormally happy buzz. I often wonder why it can or how it can have such a tailored buzz.

 

I drank one of these last week...not too shabby.

 

shiner bock is everywhere from CA to VA and it's pretty weak. but nice thread!

 

There is an abnormally high amount of lithium in the water where it is brewed.
