Put a depositon a 99, couldn't figure out how to get the powerantenna to go up. Do I need a presale eval from a mechanic, carrfaxis good 90k mi.

Antenna gets a signal from the radio. There is also a fuse for it (in the trunk near the battery on my '96 but not sure on '99).
