Hey, I am a "newbie". I have 2 1993 NAs.
My wife gave them Nicknames. One is Powder (the white one)
and the other is Sky (the blue one). Can you tell she loves me?
Anyway it's nice to be on here.

Welcome to the forum. Are you planning on any trackdays at Road Atlanta?

Thank you........ Ahh Road Atlanta! That brings back memories.
Last time i was at Road Atlanta, it was on 2 wheels.
(Ducati 748)
I will do track days. I will love to come back to Road Atlanta in my
Miata. I will do a lot of 1/4 mile track days in Reynolds Ga at Silver Dollor.
It wil best suit the swap I am doing 1st. (in Sky)
I would like to say, I like the way y'all run this Forum. I am glad to be part of it
I have some parts I am looking for. Witch room should I post that in?
Thanks!

Parts for sale and wanted to buy (WTB) section.

Ducati at RA? Ballsy. Really ballsy.

If you intend to track it a little, a rollbar with at least one diagonal is needed (Hard Dog or similar). I run with NASA-SE up there when I go.I also do Roebling, Sebring, and Homestead-Miami pretty regularly.

I'd be happy to talk with you about suspension and brakes for the track if you get ready to upgrade.

Thanks, I have a little roll bar in "Sky". I may put it in "powder" and put a rill safety setup in "Sky".
So you come to Roebling? I love Rowbling also. Despite the fact on August 10 2001 I had a bad crash and broke my T5 vertebra in my back, my left ankle, 3 toes on my right foot, tore my left rotator cup, and had a mild brain hemorrhage.
What do you think about the KYB AGX struts?
Thanks

They ride like crap. On every setting. They are bad for street or track.

How much are you willing to spend? There are some good options out there for dampening and rebound curves ranging from used diy at $400ish, to bolt-on "I'm a track god" at $2k, to everything in between. There are also a dozen really bad choices with terrible spring rates and really bad shock valving. Some of the brands that are top notch on other cars really botched their valving for the Miatas for some reason.
