Not sure if anyone on this forum uses XP8s...but I do. And recently, I have been getting this low speed groan/moan from about 15mph to 0. I normally don't use them for the street, but I am running track and autocross sessions on a near biweekly basis and don't feel like doing a brake job every time...So thats how it is until september.

Any suggestions? is this just how they perform when they are used on a daily basis?

I don't think they are sticking or anything and usually if I start the stop from 40 or 60 mph, the groan doesn't happen or is very subtle.

 

Resolved: Its normal behavior. They did exceptionally well during my track event this last weekend. Also, after some research and responses from others, I have found its experienced by others.
