I would love to add LED Running lights in the headlight group. Has anyone opened this part up. If so how did you do it and how did you wire it. Post your pictures would also be great.

 

Me too. I'm starting with this - LED Daytime Running Light Auto Controlled DRL Relay Harness On/Off Switch kit so I don't have to solder resistors and such.

Next I have to decide on where to put the strip. I've got the 2000 appearance package so I'm thinking about putting them on the lower vents.

 

I was thinking of actually putting a strip inside of the assembly under the headlight group. On another note has anyone wired the fog lights into the parking lights to act as running lights.
