Motorcycle replacement
Sold my motorcycles, but still want the open air feeling, but without all the 'work'- holding it up at stop lights, balancing, shifting gears. Bought a 2009 Liquid Silver/Black Cloth, PRHT, automatic. Wanted the hard top in case I want to get into track action. Automatic, since I enjoy my morning cup of coffee. This will be my spring/summer car. Already did the K&N, and eventually will do front/rear sway bars, and some type of ECU tuning work to help 'twerk' it out. Headlights to HID, and possibly changing out all other bulbs to LED.
Welcome! That sounds like what I did a few years ago. Got rid of my Goldwing and got this 2010 PRHT back in '11. I didn't mess with the airbox, but went to a "Roadster Sport Q" muffler and the Flyin' Miata Stage II kit for the suspension. Those are the only two "performance" mods I have done. You might want to look into getting a "SmartTop Module" for your roof control. I know it might sound weird, but it annoyed me a great deal the way the top operated from new. After installing the module I smile every time I open or close the roof while underway. I have many, many other small mods over the years... too many to remember. Kind of like modding my Wing!
