disturbocharger?
superdupercharger?

There must be a name for this! I vote superdupercharger. Especially if you add

a supercharger downstream in the exhaust to recapture the lost exhaust energy and return it to the drivetrain mechanically.

Here he is on V8miata.net, he also has a web sight called mtmotorsport.ca. According to v8miata.net he has twin chinachargers @ 7psi.
