iwork part time at my friends dads shop, i get commercial discounts through him at Advance Auto so its at 54 there so probably 40 all said and done.

lol, rarely do i get to work on my car in the shop. i have to settle for my dads garage, but your motivating me to clean it up real well. the front sub frame is absolutely disgusting.

if it wasn't winter i would roll it outside and power wash under it and make that dirt/oil crap

I bought some carb cleaner, brillo pad, wire wheel, and carb cleaner today so i could be just like you.

Winning! BTW, Menards has some cheapo brake cleaner on sale for a little over a buck a can. The stuff is invaluable for degreasing and paint prep.

Awesome, I just checked my amazon cart and I hadn't picked any carb cleaner. I'll have to go pick up a couple cans. Thanks for the tip.

Just cant spray or drip on anything you don't want to repaint this ---- works good not as harmful to paint if you dilute it a bit. http://www.superkleendirect.com/cast...per-clean.aspx
