FRT_Fun 1997 Bare Bones NA Build (MOAR PICS NAO)
Leaving out in the morning to pick up another miata or at least part of one
When the deal was first made I wanted it to restore my other 96.
I can't say I purchased it sight unseen as I have seen pics but still they do not tell the real story .
I am fortunate that the wife is easy to get along with and even scarificed her money for a new laptop for me to get this . She knows that the engine alone is worth almost what I paid for it
The one I am picking up has had a lot of work done to it for racing or
autoxing maybe both
I find myself hating to see so much work put into a car and then it all be for nothing. I am now considering following through with the car as it is.
This depends on what all I do actually get and what all is left to get it into a state of racing,or autoxing
It also depends on how willing the sons are to help since I am now limited to what I can do as far as working on one
A long drive in the morning about a 4 hour trip one way

I picked this car up from him and do see a lot of time and effort spent in the car ,I would have made this post there to start with but since we had not met and finalized the transaction I thought it better to not say anything .
