Havnt updated in a while, my valve cover had all kinds of pits and stuff in it so i just repainted it. ill pick another up at some point and polish it.
Got a package in the mail with my IAT sensor :yippee:
finished up the piping for the intercooler, and discovered i clocked the turbo to far and it interferes with the oil return  and picked up a piece of 2.5 inch exhaust to weld the iat bung and idle control valve nipple i picked up to.
and i picked up some 460cc rx7 injectors.

polish is your friend. A lot of us drill and tap the cold side end tank of the intercooler for the AIT sensor, you should consider the same, keep that heavy piece of steel out of your intake.

i was going to do that but i went with a piece i can weld to that cost significantly less than a new intercooler.

Because you doubt your ability to drill and tap a hole? Why would you need a new intercooler?
