On your second session, the pass at 2:20 is freaking awesome.

I have fun.

What kinda sucked was the boost was taking forever to come up after every shift or every time I got back on the throttle. I diagnosed it a little this weekend, thinking the wastegate actuator diaphragm was ruptured and leaking, but it might be the Greddy boost solenoid. It seems a bit flaky in bench testing and the wastegate actuator holds vacuum just fine.

Continental Grand Am series racing slicks get pretty good grip even with a few heat cycles on them. These are 225/45/15 and are take-offs from the racing series that I was fortunate to pick up cheap. I have them mounted on 15x8 +25 6UL wheels from 949Racing.

The track is Sebring a couple of weeks ago.

ARP extended lug nuts are on order from Summit. Hopefully I can get them in before the track day next weekend.

I broke them in. Track days are next weekend so we'll see.

It is the V8 Roadsters 11.75in kit. I had a VW Corrado 11 inch kit on the car. Stock for 1.8 cars is 10 inch and 1.6 cars are only 9 inch. It is a big upgrade.

I smoked the standard Wilwood BP10 pads in about half a weekend. I'm getting the Cobalt XR2 pads in for them now.

I am also upgrading to ARP lug studs because of their extended length and increased strength. And I'll be repacking the wheel bearings while it's apart.

2012 WRX side bumper extractors bought from the local dealership for about $23 apiece.

I measured and measured again then used masking tape to make guide lines. I used a cut off wheel and a big air compressor. I trimmed a small plastic riser off the trailing edge of the bottom side so it would lay flat back there, but the front and sides hook in securely. I then used adhesive to hold the mating edges flush on the sides and rear.
