MF is looking for staff.

Rick and Scott,
Please consider my helpful and moderate nature as a possible benefit to your team. I understand the need for a "safe place to talk about Miatas" where no question is regarded as foolish. A place where people that are afraid of the brashness of MT.net can safely assemble to learn and share. I will be your good shepherd if you so allow.

I was going to be all like "I guess I'd like to be a mod", but that's not very confident so I'm going to say this:
I have a lot more to give to the Miata community than drunk posting and useless ramble about chickens that have laid double yoke eggs. I want to organize dyno meets...serious dyno meets where perhaps people would get some sort of prize for engineering setups where torque curves cross hp curves in ways others dreamt about. Or maybe play like a "poker hand" dyno day which would involve something like the HP number and the last 2 digits of the torque...you make a poker hand and the winner gets a prize. I want to organize hill climb events, drag meets, or even weekend cruises. We need more physical activity. If we have Miata's and we supposedly wrench on them all the time, them why do we sit on a forum all day talking about our cars? We should be out meeting up and experiencing the open road.
Vote Thirdgen for Trailer Park Supervisor.

Hey I got your email saying where you asked people about joining this site and being interested in being a mod. If you are still looking for mods I would love to be considered. Please let me know and let's go from there thanks.

I'll gladly be a mod of this place. I stay active and check forums daily.
Particular sections doesn't matter to me, unless its a SC2 section, lol. I lurk the classifieds/BS section the most though.
I think I'm fair when it comes to enforcement. I've been an admin of the local miata club for awhile if that counts for anything. Who doesn't like feeling important?!
