Are there fuses under hood that regulate power from battery? I am getting no electrical response what so ever, and that is after a new battery is installed. Why is there no power getting to starter etc.? dead as hell. I need some help here in the form of knowledge and I will proceed as instructed. I am no mechanic but I will exhaust a knowledge base before surrendering to a $104. an hour mechanic.
Any help will be graciously appreciated.
