To add for your future-outlook cast... some clubs will fill up if you don't register the month or 2 before - like PCA. Which is good you started this thread in the beginning of Jan, Joe.
Nasa at RA Mar 9-11, Chin follows the Monday after - I'll be there doing the instructor clinic (not with Chin), with 6spd and 3.6 installed (novice reg for Chin is already full - wait list)
Chin at AMP *provisional* Apr 14-15 - IF they get it done, which I doubt they do, this will be a freaking insane counterclockwise course!
ReZoom at Barber end of April, lots of track time like Chin, just not as expensive.

FYI they just opened registration at NASA-FL for Sebring on March 31/April 1 and I have signed up. I'd love to see a few of you guys try to come down.
Sebring is even more fun than Road Atlanta in my opinion. It is 1.2 miles longer than Road Atlanta and has 5 more turns and some challenging corner series that leave you several ways to attack them. Since the track is longer you end up with a lot less traffic than I experienced at RA. It really spoiled me. I'm entertaining the idea of sharing a room if somebody wants to. And I might be able to put somebody up for the night on Friday. I have room for parking a big-*** truck-trailer combo if needed (looks at Bryan).

Not sure what your experience is, but if you are just starting out, I would push those TT hopes back a year. I was hoping to start TT on a similar time frame, and I am pretty sure thats just not possible. unless you plan to hit up 20-30+ hpde events in one year (which is very possible, we have a local here who has done that, complete with 2 blown engines and a kiss with the tire wall in that time).

But I'll take you up on that offer later
