What are you using for time Joe? Are you running with Nasa? I know they won't allow transponders in DEs up here.

avidemux allows frame by frame movement through videos. at 30fps, I can get with-in a fraction of being correct.

I use the finishline and a point on my car as a reference. for example:
I find the picture where the finishline is closest to the windshield wiper on the video and that is the start point. do the same at the end of the lap and voila.
