I have a set of NA Mazda Miata seats in tan leather in near-perfect shape for their age. They are extremely comfortable and nice to sit in, and they're also very very light. They're about as light as the Sparco racing seats in my Mustang.
They have OEM speakers in the headrest with a harness and the precious owner had heating pads professionally installed in both seats, they just need to be wired to a switch if you want to use them.
They don't have seat rails because they were fitted into a different car, so you'll have to reuse your stock ones.
