I'm at about stock height (just by looking at it) in front with 8" 450lb (8k) springs all the way down. Are your coil adjusters flat on the Bilstein clip or do you have them on top of the factory perch? I'm also using NB tophats which take me about 1/2 to 3/4 inch lower than the NA ones, but you are already on NB tophats.

also, did you make sure to put the car down before tightening everything?

Mine settled 1/2 inch after driving over some railroad tracks on some back roads.
