the only thing i can think of would be the idle valve. becuse it would have power while the motor is on and when your in run with the motor off.

okay, that can be normal.

you can change the freq. of it and possibly quite it up. sounds like it's off.

found it, throtle body gasket was leaking horribly.

may be a stupid question, but in the wideband options there is a not listed option
is that programable? what i mean is a table i can go into a say 5v=20:1 afr

the innovate 0-5v 10-20:1 is what you want.
