Default 1996 miata questions!

hey guys, I was working on my friends miata awhile back and im thinking about buy myself one the same year but i can not figure out what charger she had in hers. if anyone knows can you hit me up?

It is from Track Dog Racing, I believe. Unfortunately, it is a cold side unit. It would be far better to be a hot side mounted unit to allow the use of an intercooler. It would be even better if it was a turbo kit from BEGi or from Flyin Miata instead of a supercharger.

That's a FastForwardSuperchargers unit, which is a Coldside kit and has a custom cold air box that were made in a single batch. I think the TrackDogRacing piece is just a air panel for the radiator. TrackDogRacing only makes "over the radiator" IC setups.

There were two major versions of the FFS Coldside kit. If you look at the black intake manifold under the blower, the intake charge is cooled by spraying fuel into the manifold. The older kits had one injector, the newer kits now have two injectors.

Also, far from you is a Miata specialist, "Miata Mecca" by a guy named Mike in Phoenix. Never met him, but he's got a lot of videos on Youtube. He seems like a fun guy and would probably have leads on well maintained cars.
