Default 1997 lowering help

Hello! i am new to this forum and was wondering what are my options on a budget for lowering my 97 miata. the car is bone stock 171k just received it as a gift 3 months ago. Thank you for your help in advance.

Well that all depends on how low you actually want your car. and if you would like to go for coil overs or lowering springs, some say the ride is nicer with springs but would you really want to trust lowering springs on curvy roads? I would say go for some racelands if you dont mind some "bad" ish ride quality and there cheap too
