Has fuel and spark thining of changing the CAS but would like to know what else i could try.

I just joined the forum. My question is why I would get volt readings on my CAS harness of Ground -12v - 5v - 12v. From what I've read it should be Ground -12v-5v-5v I hope that someone could help Its a 1994 mx5
