Hi all. I have a 1996 1.8 and have started having the issue that, any time the engine is on, the lights are in the up/ popped position. When the engine is off I have full control of the lights via the button or the light stalk, but once the engine is turned on, the lights automatically rise even with the lights turned off and the button in the off position.

One thing to note is I do have an MX5tech remote installed to move the lights independently, however even if this isn’t connected, the lights still rise whenever the engine is on. Any help is appreciated.
