Default need fuel system advice

i have been running small injectors, and i upgraded. i still have the vortech fmu on the car and i need to take it off. but i loosened the line and its pressurized behind it. ps i ran the car and then turned off the fuel pump to take away most of the pressure at the rail. so how do i do this without spraying gasoline everywhere.

there should be none now. open the gas cap and just mop up the residual.

Wrap rag around hose, should catch most of the fuel from any pressure left (shouldn't be much if any at this point, like Brain said)
