The matience record on it seems very good, the aftermarket stuff is alright. I wouldnt recommend the alarm, they seem to cause more trouble then they are worth. The LSD in the 89-93 is not that great, and have been broken with stock power.
But other than that looks nice, enjoy it

Seems like a good deal. He knows what the good brand parts are to use that's a plus. Trust me on this one, take the Weapon R intake and throw it in the trash. I made the mistake of dropping money on one when I first got my Miata. They do nothing but rob you of power.

It's not going to hurt anything, but it will rob you of a little bit of power. Mazda did a great job of overengineering the intake system, and even after 20 years, only one type of aftermarket intake has been found to make gains in HP, and it requires drilling a large hole in the firewall. The only time an aftermarket intake will help is after the application of Forced Induction.
Ultimately it's your call. If you like the shiny bling factor, and the slight growl at the sacrifice of some power, go for it. I did it for a few months, then went back to the factory intake.
