Default sliders

i need ideas, i need to get the seat as low as i can, but other people drive the car that are much shorter than me. im 6.4,my dads 6, and my sister is 5.3 and she likes to drive the car. dosnt bother me to much but i wanted to bolt the seat to the floor and she was not happy. so i need an idea on some slides i can bolt to the floor and still get the seat to sit a bit lower.

Have you tried the foamectomy? It does'nt change the sliders but does lower the seating position.

Its not really possible...You can get sliders, but bolting them to the floor will interfere with the front seat mount.

Unless you cut it out and make your front seat mount.

get to work! lol, moti's work is a good example. He usually cuts it out and puts in a steel U shape in place.

I would suggest you atleast used 2-3" wide steel. probably going to be somewhere at 17-20" long before bending. Measuring should be helpful, while you are at it you can hammer the ---- out of the trans tunnel some more.

onlinemetals is nice, they will pre-cut steel to your specs.
