Default steering shakes on bumps [SOLVED]

Ok so I managed to fix the problem. Its pretty simple. The square wedge like part that the bolt holds in place is a spacer. This spacer slides up over time and is no longer snug with the bracket. Loosen the bolt slide the spacer down until its snug then tighten the bolt and no more steering column slop!

Had the same problem: steering column vibrated like it had a couple bolts loose whenever I hit even a small bump at either low or high speed. Saw your post and moving that shim took care of the problem. Thanks so much for that post.
