Default Throttle/ loss of power issues

Hi! Thank you all in advance! I recently bought a 93 to learn how to work with cars and im having an issue where randomly the throttle seems to cut out/stumble and im not sure where to start looking for diagnosis. The car doesnt stall out and theres no engine lights.

It happened when I was cruising in 5th when power suddenly dropped and when I pressed on the gas the car would rev up to about 2k but no further. It also sounded extremely weak almost like bubbling. I had gotten a video from the night it was happening but it was super late and the quality was poor due to me having the top down on the way home from work. I also found that if I popped the hood and manually moved the throttle body lever it would temporarily fix the issue just for it to happen again a couple miles later.

is from that night and towards the end around 1 minute you can hear the bubbling and see the jumps on the tachometer. Also in the video the tachometer is jumping like that even though my foot is giving consistent pressure to the throttle, even at on point where im flooring it and the rpms just jump around for a bit.

My best guesses from what ive read on here and other forums might be a bad sensor / throttle body though i have no clue where to start as for figuring out which one

Any and all tips are greatly appreciated thank you!

Default Check the basics!!

Check your basics first! Sounds like a misfire to me. Firstly, does it happen at idle? If not, it's probably a throttle position sensor or some sort of mixture issue. it could also be a coil, those can act up at higher RPM too. So get some more info (when it happens, throttle position where it happens, does it only happen in gear, etc) and then do the basics, fuel, air, spark.
