I should have siad 15 inch rims and tires.
The low profiles looked like they were being cut by the rims. It appears that if you hit any good bumps or took a corner a little fast the rims would dig down into the tires.
They were cutting right in line with the edge of the rims

I really hope your wrong.. lol.. I have almost finished all of the components.
I talked to a cpl of buddys who are body guys. they said that preparation is key
to have any chance of avoiding cracking and peeling..

I used a brass wire brush in a drill and roughed it up. then I cleaned with green pad and simple green then detergent water and green pad. left it in the sun to bake and repeated the simple green and detergent then sun cycle twice more. then a plastic adhesion promoter bulldog brand, three coats total. then three coats of paint..

NOW.. after ur advice to purchase the components, I looked up the prices.. lol.. I WAS SICK!!!! I have spent HOURS painting this stuff and with the price of paint and adhesion promoter. well I maybe save 100 bucks..

oh well, i was pretty proud of this.. was ! lol
