Default White Smoke from exhaust - not coolant

Hey guys, I've been stumped and need some help.

About 4 months ago I went through and started to turbo my 94' 1.8 Miata, hit some money issues and need to save for school so sold it and was in the process of returning everything to normal.

Got the car back up and running and there was smoke coming from the exhaust. Looks white/grey. It isn't coolant. Coolant level has not changed. Just put in brand new spark plugs and injectors, as well as a new pcv valve, new fuel filter, and a new cat and exhaust in case there was just some stuff clogged in there. I'm just totally lost. My compression is almost perfect, running 175-180 in all 4 so not worried about blown head gasket or cracked head. Brand new exhaust mani gasket. Im leaking oil. Not much but enough to notice. It smokes pretty bad on any heavy acceleration and mildly on slow acceleration. Every time I've tested it it smokes just from the exhaust out the back but this time there was some coming from the engine bay too. Looks like around the o2 bung area.

Could really just use another mind on this. If anyone's got any ideas please let me know.
