Default New miata build!

Hello, I just got a 2000 miata nb, manual and I am extremely happy.

I need help making this car better because it is mostly stock as of now. I do not want to spend a ton of money on this car so please consider the budget when suggesting. Thanks!

1.Wheels
I was looking into XXR 527's but I don't know if the 15x8.75 will fit the car very well. Any suggestions for wheels?
2.Tires
If I'm getting new wheels, I need new tires as well. What size should I get to fit the XXR's or something else? I dont want to rub and do you guys think I need to roll the guards?
3.Coilovers
I want to stance the car but I dont want to slam the car.
4.Body kits
Any suggestions on body kits to make the car look more JDM? (thats a joke). I want to make the car look really nice.
5. Headlights and tail lights-the previous owner tinted them with spray paint so I need new ones
6. Shift ****+steering wheel
I want a shift **** that is heavy and spherical. Also, I want a steering wheel with an airbag.
7.Spoiler+hard top
I want a sleek spoiler and a hard top.

Thanks for helping and ill post some pictures soon. Thanks

1. If you get zero offset 8 inch wheels, you're going to have a bad day. Also be very conscious of wheel weights. Our cars are slow as crap when naturally aspirated and and heavy wheels will have you dusted by every Camry and minivan in town. I have several sets of wheels and tires and even with the turbo I can feel a 3 lb per corner difference in acceleration. There is some fitment info here and quite a few different wheels for sale if you are just looking around: Miata Wheels and Tires - Mazda Performance Parts

2. For 8 inch you can fit 225/45/R15 or the new 245/40/R15. If you want to give them a little stretch, you can use a 205/50/R15. I have 205s on 6.5 inch and 225s on 8 inch right now for my track car.

3. You can buy good ones, junk ones, or make them yourself. What is your budget?

4. Autokonexion

5. Junkyard will be cheapest. Rosenthal Arlington Mazda is the cheapest online for OEM.

6. Shift ***** are only a couple of different thread patterns for most cars. It shouldn't be hard to find one on ebay.

7. Spoiler? See #4 above for some options. There is also ebay for that.
Hard top? You can wade through the car forums for one to pop up for $800-1200 used or buy one from Mazda for $$$$. Mine was cheaper but was pretty beat up when I got it. It needed body and paint work.

Sixshooter's right on the mark about the wheels. If you're just going for a dd cruiser, that's fine, but the heavier wheels make a big difference on this car. The closest I can describe it without you spending money is flogging the car around on a quarter to half tank of gas, then fill it up and try the same. The difference is sort of like that, if you can tell. Not a total deal killer, but when you experience and understand the finer aspects of lightness and balance, it's pretty awesome.
