Trunk Won't Open

Went out to the car this morning and trunk won't open. Suspect cable is broken or disconnected as neither the inside release nor the key work.
Can anybody help me?

I get this every once in a while. Try pushing the trunk down a little more, you'll hear a click. That should reset the lock so you can open it.
