Default My first Miata (its a 90)

Whats going on everyone,

I got my 1990 Miata about a month ago. Love it, its my daily driver and it needs A LOT of work. (i love working on cars so its not a problem) Its red PLasti-dipped paint only looks good while wet ..... Phrasing, i know ...... that wouldn't bother me at all if the top wasn't a complete piece of junk that needs to be replaced asap. The rear struts are blown and the roll threw corners is AAAAAMAZING. Already had to put a new starter in it and had to buy new doors with glass because my driver side glass shattered. WOW.

But with all that said i am still in LOVE with this thing. I can tell after i get my new top, coilovers, roll bar, wheels, and paint her, she will never leave my side. Now like i said All of this isnt really a problem be ready for a nice looooong build thread by me sooner or later with everything that i am doing, because she is going to get completely redone .... and i am excited to start ordering parts for her already.

That's cool. It looks shiny when it's wet.

Are you just looking to have a fun street car or do you hope to ever do track days on a big road course or add a turbo to it?
Mine is also shiny when wet, but it is becoming more of a track toy than a driver every day.

Right now i kinda wanna make it into a road beast/show car. But i wanna do track days from time to time as well. and knowing me it will probably end up a tracker. I mean we will see though.
