Citrucel (sp?) in lemon-lime Gatorade or metamucil in orange Gatorade.

Long story short - it can stop your heart. It effects different people in different amounts. Could be as little as a drop that gets ya. Eye opening phone call.

Lemon Laxitive seems like the way to go although I have to admit, drinking somebody's already opened drink seems a little strange. I'd rather not drink after a stranger - I'd prefer he just take the bottle with him.
