I guess there selling it as protection in case of war lol but 30k is crazy for a building that lasts UP TO 10 years lol. By the way where did you guys see a price.

A galvanized a frame at 1000 sq feet is about $8,000 not including foundation / footings and install and I am not sure how well galvanized works against bombs let alone bullets. I suppose if you have a back hoe and fill you could cover the galvanized a frame....

The concrete shelters are pretty slick though. For $30,000 k they are a pretty cost affective way to put a roof over someones head even if it lasts only 10 years.

I had looked into these as well,but could not get any replies from dealers here in the states. I did locate the company and they are in the UK somewhere
