Same for me. I'll admit I believe my flip was my own mistake, but a lot of my other close calls with disaster were the result of being forced off line by those around me, not necessarily because of them, but because I wasn't sure where they were. Again, not terribly realistic if you don't have peripheral vision and side windows.

 

yea. flipping will put you lets call it 5-10 seconds behind in a race where all cars are the same can be bad.

 

I would suggest limited damage if you can flip the car back for anyone that flips.
Caution system could be based if you get enough damage caused by two or more cars in a incident and a regroup. If its one car that goes flying into a wall or such I don't think that warrents it. that track we just did is notorious for flipping cars.

We run various series and seasons, this would be the 3rd season so far.
DTM, V8 supercars, ALMS, we had Porsche GT\cup car spec series, but now we are looking at Ferrari spec series. etc

Just done qualifying in and I"m probably running midpack for this course we are coming up to. running a 1:23.5~ with people hitting mid 22s. Anyways you can't make this race but you can possibly buy into the series and start racing next week.

50 laps per race, normally two races per weekend back to back, sim damage, can use assits if you want too.

5-10 seconds would be if you are lucky to get flipped over back quickly, really lucky. I would think depending on track 15-30 seconds.
