AC Cobra is certainly bad ***. How do you find fitment compared to the Miata, which is more spacious?

Why did you dad go carb?

EFI isnt really cost effective on a true 427. they want around 1500 for the stuff.
the cobra is about 4 inchs wider, and 6 longer. not much considering the 200hp difference.
curb weight is differnet by about 150lbs, car is fiberglass. the seats in the cobra are comfortable but dont go to far up your back, but the interior of the cobras just a bit larger than the miata.

he said if he was going to build another one he would use a 4.6 from a 2006-2010 mustang with a supercharger on it. that particular 4.6 gets better milage then the previous ones. he DD's a 06 mustang GT and gets 25mpg.

yea, a termi motor would be nice. nice if you can also just use the factory wiring harness to go with it. Only problem so far is people want an arm and leg for the termi, the trans. The IRS is pretty cheap though.
