Not saying the NB can't be precise.

I just feel like the NA is more raw. The NB, while a great platform, just seems so nice haha. So comfortable.

 

I have high hopes for this forum but it makes me sad when I see I'm the only one logged in. I find some amount of comfort, though, in knowing that everyone here is about to receive an email telling them that someone posted here.

I'm guessing you've never driven an NC? Way I see if, the NB has enough in common w/ the NA, its a natural evolution of it, just more perfect. By scrapping that for all new in the NC, I think they totally messed it up, and threw away all the learned from the NA/NB platform. Also, I notice at the local autox, NC tend to spin out way more often than NA/NB...

Neither am I, poor fitment radiator, and on going communication with both vendor & manufacturer, means my car is on jack stands, with no intake or cooling system... No cooling system car = non-running car = Not cool (pun intended)

My 9 year old step-son has decided that my Miata will be his first car which means I'll be dead in about 7 years.

He's also declared that shifting isn't his thing so there will certainly be a "5-Spd to Auto" DIY thread coming.

Oh, and the car he saw with spinners (they still make that ----!?!?) the other day has him convinced the Miata "needs" some too.

On an unrelated note, has anyone successfully sneaked a 9 year old boy into a strip joint?

I just slept 17 hours. Which after a week of averaging 3-4 hours a sleep a night feels pretty damn good.

 

I never want to see another RJ-45 connector again. I can barely feel my fingers, and not in a sexy "rubber bands and sour cream" kind of way.
