Ohio has no emissions, and the state highway patrol sets up random safety checks. Which the hand out citations for windshield cracks, loud exhausts, brakes, tires, etc

 

Two counties in IN have emissions. Basically because all the dirty Chicago folks live there. The rest of the state has clean air.

 

On the way home from Easter dinner with the family, driving in the middle lane of a 3 lane road doing 75 in a 65. A group of ricers pass me 10 deep at Probobly 90-100, and then proceed to start racing each other in front of a huge group of cars and semis and weaving in and out of traffic. Dumbasses. 3 of them meet the state highway patrol a few miles ahead. I hate the ricer crowd

 

so im in the local parts store talking to my friend who works theres. and some dude walks in and asks if the miata siting out there is mine. of course i say yes, and hes says nice ride you need a bigger exhaust tip. i respond with no, then he proceeds to ask me if the wheels are for sale, and being the smart-*** i am i respond with " i would rather cover them in termite and light it then see them end up on a primer black honda civic. he left, and everyone in the parts store was laughing.

 

Hahaha. That's funny ----!

On a sad note, I just had to drop $600 in tools just to do a clutch job on the REX. It aint no Miata. That's for sure.

 

got the h4 headlight conversion kit from fm today. open the box and one of the lights is broken wtf. calling fm tomorrow.

 

that sucks.

 

 

So wideband stoped working for some reason. Drove it to school anyway, and after class im going to get down to the controller which is beside the ecu and see if something came unplug or have a short somewhere. All of said things in the parking garage.

 

Flying with your sinus plugged up sucks. Having said issue and having a connecting flight double sucks.
