I want to run a mile in under 5:00.
Last year I ran 2.2 miles in 11 minutes flat. This year I want to run that same course in 10 minutes flat consistently, everyday, for 1 solid week.
I also want to get projects finished that I started. I have too much crap around here that's half assed.
