Default Hardtop side latch

Hi guys, one side of my hardtop chrome latch just broken, since it won't be able to repair so I decided to cut off the other one as well.
The problem is one of my side latch is missing the hook (the one attach to the striker plate mounts), do anyone know where can I get it?

They are available from Mazda and in other styles from multiple vendors. The bolt on units for Spec Miatas are quite easy to find.

the part I'm looking for is the hook that attached to the silver striker in the picture. Have been searching for weeks now, still couldn't find anything. Maybe I should DIY it...

Is that a genuine part???
Seems completely different to whats on my cars, mine are very similar to soft top latches.

Having said that by the looks of that style I would get a industrial turn buckle and make that fit.
