Id replace them all if i were you... they can reach torque but its cause your trying to tighten a nut onto crappy rusted threads, plus at this point theres probably rust and corrosion built up under the eccentric washers... especially on a 20 year old car.. if they're origianal id just replace them... plus it will make aligning it more precise with clean free moving bolts not to mention easier on the technician.. Just a thought.. ive spent alot of time under an alignment rack though...
