I had a small piece of plastic vacuum line union inline to the wastegate in which I drilled the hole (used a sewing needle).

comes out to be 18.98, i may see if the hardware store has anything like this stuff.

 

they wont hav ethe valve, but they should have the 1/4" nipple.

my friend and i got creative and made a piece of brake line slide in from the inside and become the nipple for the line. fits in very snug, and is flared on the inside a little bit.
