Well, I got it fixed in time for the trackday.
Everything went well at the track. I didn't wreck the car or have anything break so I guess I won.
I did get a chance to plow a field once by not braking enough and not turning in soon enough for turn 16. Evidence:

Old 1.8 front brakes:
New front brakes:
This is the upgrade from 10 inch front rotors to 11 inch front rotors from the 1990 VW Corrado. This is made possible by the M-Tuned Big Brake Kit which relocates the stock front calipers, so you don't need to even take a brake line loose to upgrade. The brake feel has improved just during my brief brake bedding run. More reviews to follow after I've had a chance to push it.

Yes, they were in reverse order. You can see in the video above that the poor Viper owner didn't have a chance.
Actually, after a complete lap he had only pulled a few car lengths on me overall, which is a bit of a surprise considering there are four pretty good straight line 100mph+ acceleration areas on the track.
New video from Sebring two weekends ago. I ended up cutting a right front tire during this outing.
And I figured out that the settings in my video editing software were wrong, and that is why my videos seemed too far away. This latest video should be much better:
