Sixshooter's Slow Torture™ Build, A Study in Automotive Masochism

Nice! My favorite memory of slow in corners fast on straights was just last year and some kid with a GTR. I nearly rear ended him in a corner and had to drift it a bit after kicking the rear out, because I was just shocked at how slow he took it. He would then drag race to the next corner where we would repeat the same dance. Two laps of this and he finally get's flagged to allow me to pass. That obviously really upset him and he hot pitted after that.

I'm looking at the list of hpde1 entrants trying to decide who it's going to be at this event. Let's see, there is a Ferrari 599, Porsche GT3, a GT3 RS, some 5,0 mustangs, and, oh yeah, a Bugatti Veyron, lol.
Who wants video of me passing a Veyron? Besides me of course.

Ground control, bought used. Ebay ones work fine too.
Here's the list of who and what is signed up for it. DE1 and DE2 are tentatively scheduled to be on track together (about 45 cars, ugh!)

You'd better believe I will tailgate the shiz out of a Veyron if I get near it.
What, me getting raped or them? My car isn't that fast. I'm curious how all of this will shake out.

Drove the car all day yesterday (200 miles) interstate, city, and rural, trying to heat soak everything. I only shut if off for a couple of brief stops during the day. It didn't overheat and nothing leaked or caught on fire yet. I guess it is waiting for the track, lol. Turbo blanket smoked a little initially on break-in but stopped. At the end of the afternoon I couldn't touch anything metal under the hood including the prop rod because of the heat but I could touch the outside of the turbo blanket and leave my hand there. Friggin' amazing.
