idk, ask diesels opinion. i would say from the pictures it may not need rebuilt, but may look 100% different in person. ik build rear end requires a special tool for setting certain tolerances.

50 bucks is a good deal, but I wonder why it's so cheap. Replacement parts can be expensive enough that it may be more cost effective to buy a more expensive example in better shape. That said, for 50 bucks I would buy it. If all it needs is a good cleanup, putting it in is not that hard of a job.

Edit: On further looking at the pics, I would ****** it up. The carrier looks to be in good shape, and AFAIK the RX7 diffs are virtually bulletproof.

Appears to have the info you need. I agree, for $50 it's worth the gamble. But, it's easier to say that spending your money. I would do it for my money as well. I just dropped a lot more money on an 01 LSD and carrier.

Hmmm, I think this is the sucky Viscous Diff:
*note: The 89-91 Non-Turbo LSD will also fit, but shy away from these are they are Viscous LSD units and aren't worth the trouble.
