How difficult is it to build a DIYPNP?
Title says it all, how difficult is it to build a DIYPNP? Vehicle is a 2000 Miata, manual transmission, AC, PS, cruise, power windows, etc.
I consider myself to be moderately intelligent, capable of following directions. I have a nice soldering iron, heat shrink, all that stuff. Is this something the average joe who has a very limited electrical knowledge can handle? |
Yes. It's really not difficult. Just take your time, plan it out, and read the directions carefully several times over.

Also, we already WIN on this topic because Brain is here! lol ;) |
if you have the following:
$7 soldering iron from radio shack. .030" solder 60/40 from radoo shack. small wire snips. then on a scale from 1 to 10: 2. The biggest hurdle is the comprehension of what you're doing. I'll post my how-to over here. I did it for a Mustang 5.0 DIYPNP, but it's all the same. |
