Yeah, and I plan on coming back as soon as I can. I got stuck here after I got out of the Navy because I landed a gig at the local hospital that affords me to only work 20 hours a week and keep my comfortable lifestyle while I go to college. Once I have my degree I will be leaving the frozen north. Although i'm in talks with a guy in the oil fields who wants me to come down to work for him. Not sure what to do though, he's offering me crazy money but i'd have to drop out of school and if I don't finish my degree now, I don't think I ever will.

finish college, then decide if you want to work in the oil fields. that way you have the degree for A. fallback or B. career field.

True, but snow when I left my house this morning it was 5 degrees out. And windy. Snow is bad enough, but when combined with extreme cold and salt it sucks worse.

i wish it snowed here. (manitoba) i think our total snowfall this year has been 3" maybe. and it's constantly warm. snow for me means drifting with less gas consumption. snow tires help bring the speed back.
