Blew up a vlsd Thursday night, had the old one out last night. Today im taking it to a friend and getting a Torsen.

 

Got my DIYPNP running on the 92 today, had to borrow a laptop from flying_solo to start tuning. BOTH my laptops batteries are dead.

Megasquirt is &^#$ing fun. My bone stock 1.6 feels about like my bone stock 1.8 now.

Decided to go with a new dryer and compressor on the miata .Got it all installed last night .
pulled a vac on it for a couple of hours ,did the leak test and and then filled with freon
Late when we got done but seems to be chilling down pretty good
For no more than what we run it we should not have any problems
Got a really good buy on new parts from a place up the road about half of what the auto stores were asking

so over the last week i droped my diff out, went to my friends house and dropped the torsen i bought off him out a car that looked like it went down with the titanic. Then installed the torsen and related stuff in my car. 3 days of laying on the concrete floor and my back is ------- killing me . but it runs and drives now so i will count that as a win.

 

I contemplated pulling my blown up turbo out this weekend and dissecting it.
